Has ﻿anybody got any tips for playing from the semi rough? Is eureka compatible with it? Using Eureka I can hit nice shots from the tee box, fairway and rough if it's sat nicely. If it is sat down however I'm am struggling to hit nice shots. I'm sure it's because the path will introduce more grass between the ball and club

﻿Any tips would be appreciated.

﻿What is the difference in swing/setup when hitting the driver off a tee and a wood off the ground? Driver video says you want a level hit rather than a downward hit. But does a fairway wood not require a downward hit? How are these different shots achievable with the same set up/swing.

Hi Steve,
Had a lesson in March this year at Peebles, handicap was 6.3 and going up. Had just had knee surgery in February so was still recovering. Could not believe the difference in ball striking when I applied the Eureka fundamentals you teach. Handicap is now 3.5.As I said the quality of strike and flight is amazing. I’ll try and snap shot the Scottish golf whs profile and send it to you

Hi Steve,

I started using the eureka swing a couple weeks back. Initially it was working very well for me, perfect push draws, with the occasional pull but very workable and it really helped my score.

However the past 7 days I have devolped a really bad case of toe strikes from the swing. Literally ever shot I hit now with irons is off the toe which results in a really bad weak low hook, that is unplayable. The strike location can be as far as the very end of the club. 

Is this a common swing fault from the open stance? Really stuck just now on what to do with it. I have tried putting a ball just behind mine to encourage me to swing more out but hasn't really fixed it

Hi Steve, loving the series, always tinkered with it from your free YouTube content, loved the sensation, but the stuff on here is next level in explaining the setup which is probably why I would hit hooks due face alignment (I had face squared to target line.. doh)

My question to you is.. do you adopt the open feet-line stance and red cane club path for chipping yourself? How about stance width and ball position? Chipping is my absolute nemesis on course and hopefully breaking the old swing will bring that element of my game up too but interested to know what your personal technique is?

Hello 
I am working thru the iron swing series. I am using 1 grip length to set up the eureka V’s which is about 10.5”. When I set up with short irons 9 thru wedges I feel very far from the ball. I am 6’ tall and the butt of the club is 6 to 7 “ from my belt buckle. 
Does it matter if I close the angles, or should I get comfortable with being uncomfortable?

Great lesson at Peebles with Steve. What I thought I was doing was miles apart from what I was actually doing . Steve soon set me up the correct Eureka way and had me hitting the ball better. Lots to work on but a I would thoroughly recommend an in person  lesson with Steve. His knowledge and understanding is amazing. I’ll be back soon

Lesson at Peebles

Hi ﻿Steve.

﻿Enjoying the eureka iron swing series and seeing good results. However I'm struggling with woods and driver.

﻿I have a couple or questions. Prior to trying Eureka I had my my driver set to draw (I rarely got a draw!) And 9.5 degrees of loft. Is this setup okay for eureka driver swing.

﻿Also is tee height important? I usually use a pink castle tee. It seems like it maybe should be lower because the ball position is the same for hybrids/Woods that are hit off the deck.

﻿My eureka driver ball flight is usually a slice (straight then tails off right) or lowish/straight left. 

﻿Any help would be appreciated.

The Off-Season series is a 10 video series on working you're golf habits when access to the golf course is limited. Rain, snow etc stop play that doesn’t mean we have to stop our commitment to getting better at the game we love. 

During the series you will experience the motions of the hips within the golf swing, the proper action of the wrists, lag, sequencing and much more with out even hitting a golf ball.All these drills can be done indoors at your leisure however I must stress it’s important to assess your feedback from each drill. How did it feel?, How did my body get into that position?, Why have my hands moved in this way?, I notice my body is now open to the target yet what encouraged that? Are all the sorts of questions you should be asking and answering yourself during your Off-Season sessions.

These drills are just as important if not more important than actually hitting golf shot. The feels and exaggerations are what you take to the range with you then to the golf course. The hard work or as some pros refer to it as the boring work is done behind closed doors. That's what makes great players great, they do the hard work. Then on the golf course the fruits of their labour are displayed. 

So spend the off season doing the hard work in the comfort of your own home so when the season comes round you're prepped and ready for great golf.

Hey all, I am new to the Eureka golf swing and have spent a few days repeating the iron video and practicing. So far, every ball I smash is a straight pull draw(usually missing target line by 10-20*). Wondering if anyone else in the system has struggled with this and if there are any videos in the library that address it? Thanks

If you capture this feeling you will have the best chance of the body working correctly. Feel the crunching (compressing) of the trail side and the shortening of the trail side which controls the trail arm providing compression.

This is key to the dynamics or any golf swing. What’s the opposite….. early extension and nobody wants to go there!

Here is an interesting fact….. Tomorrow we will all be one day older and day stiffer than we are today🤷‍♂️. This has an effect on our golf swings.

The Eureka Golf Swing Senior Series has made adjustments to ensure we get the most from our golf swings as we become less flexible or if we are out of shape. Is this how you line up your shoulders at address? A simple pre-shot routine is going to ensure you are “world class” at address.

If your “world class” at address your preset to execute an effective swing. The swing may not be perfect but if your not “world class” at address the swing will be a lot worse.
